Delivery is usually within 3 to 4 business days in Europe and can take up to 10 days outside Europe.

Shipping is free within and outside Europe.

We may cancel your order, change an item, change the size, or change your billing and shipping information until your purchases have been prepared for shipping. Please be aware that we cannot combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

Once the package containing your order leaves our warehouses, you will receive an automatic e-mail from DPD indicating the tracking number.

If you are already a customer, you can track your package by accessing your account in the My Orders section.

Making a return or exchange is very simple. You have 14 days to decide if you want to return an item.

Simply request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in your account section by filling out the requested information.

Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you chose at the time you placed the order. In case of COD orders, the amount will be refunded to your bank account.

If you return an item, you will have the option of a refund, exchange or voucher.

On each product page there is a link to a size conversion chart to help you convert international sizes.

If the size you ordered does not fit, you can easily return your items within 14 days.
